What can I use my hours for?

One-off or subscription: what is the difference?

One-off packs are for a single project. Monthly subscriptions give you a lower hourly rate and priority access. You can switch any time.

Is there a minimum?

Packs start at 10 hours ($65/hour); bigger packs lower the rate, down to $52.50/hour at 80 hours.

How quickly will you start?

Smaller tasks usually within 1–2 business days; larger projects begin with a kickoff call.

Will I have a dedicated expert?

You get a dedicated project manager, and we match each task with the right in-house specialist. On ongoing subscriptions we can assign a dedicated expert who learns your site.

What if a task needs more hours?

We warn you before going over, and you decide: add hours or adjust the scope.
