How does the white-label subscription work?
You get a set number of hours every month for your clients' WordPress work, starting at 20 hours ($45/hour), delivered under your brand. Unused hours don't roll over, so we plan your queue with you to use them well. Pause for up to 3 months or cancel any time. New subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee on the hours you haven't used.
What can we use the hours for?
Development and customizations, plugin and theme work, bug fixes, speed improvements, design tweaks and brand or graphic design. Not sure if a task fits? Ask us first.
Will we have a dedicated team?
Yes. Your agency gets a dedicated project manager, and our in-house engineers (no freelancers) are assigned by skill. On ongoing subscriptions we can assign a dedicated specialist who learns your clients' sites.
How quickly do you start?
Smaller tasks usually start within 1–2 business days; for larger projects we schedule a kickoff call first.
How do we track hours and progress?
Your Client Portal shows each task's status and a breakdown of the hours used.
What if a task needs more hours than we have?
